Adult Weight Class

In this class we will work on toning your muscles and increase your strength while shaping your abs, thighs, arms and hips.  The class will combine different lb weights along with sit-ups and stretches. You will need two sets of weights a light pair 1-3 lb and a pair a bit heavier 5-7 lb.  If this is your first time doing weights then just bring the light pair.
