These classes offer a great way to workout and taught in an easy to follow way. You can change up your routine by doing aerobics one day a week and free weights another. Each routine is fun and fresh and changes every 8 weeks, so you are never bored. All classes include an abs workout and stretching. Perfect for everyone, beginners to advanced.

Each routine is fun and fresh and changes every 8 weeks, so you are never bored. All classes include an abs workout and stretching. Perfect for everyone, beginners to advanced.
In this class we will work on toning your muscles and increase your strength while shaping your abs, thighs, arms and hips. The class will combine different lb weights along with sit-ups and stretches. You will need two sets of weights a light pair 1-3 lb and a pair a bit heavier 5-7 lb. If this is your first time doing weights then just bring the light pair.
