Teen/Adult Aerobics

This class offers a great way to workout and taught in an easy to follow way. You can change up your routine by doing aerobics one day a week and weights another.  Each routine is fun and fresh and changes every 8 weeks, so you are never bored. All classes include an abs workout and stretching. Perfect for everyone, beginners to advanced.
